Access the community

At the Sage Intacct Planning Community page, you can do the following:

  • Engage with subject matter experts, colleagues, and other users

  • Ask questions

  • Submit ideas and suggestions

  • Browse knowledge base articles

  • View support cases

To access the community:

  1. Click the Resource center icon and select Community.

  2. If you are new to the Community, click Get started.

    Contact your Account Manager if you need help with credentials, or email the Community support team: NA-Intacct-Community@sage.com

  3. If you are already a Community member, enter your credentials and click Sign In.

  4. On the left side of the Community home page, click Groups.

  5. Type planning in the search box and when the Sage Intacct Planning group appears, click Join.
