Access the community
The Sage Intacct Financials community is your central hub for support, ideas, and collaboration. You can ask questions, connect with other users, and explore knowledge base articles. Within the community, you can also join a dedicated Planning group to focus on topics specific to Sage Intacct Planning.
Access the community when:

You want help from other users or subject matter experts.

You need to track support cases or explore best practices.

You’re looking for Planning-specific discussions and resources.
Start

Open the Sage Intacct Financials community page.

Do one of the following:

If you are new to the community, select Get started. Contact your Account Manager if you need help with credentials.

If you are already a member, enter your credentials and select Sign In.

On the left side of the home page, select Groups.

Enter planning in the search box.
-
When the Sage Intacct Planning group appears, select Join.
