Rename or delete plans
Only owners can rename or delete plans and versions.
Rename a plan or version to make its purpose clear. A meaningful name helps collaborators understand whether the plan is a draft, a forecast, or a final version. The plan name should reflect its current purpose.
Delete plans or versions that are no longer needed to keep your workspace organized and easy to navigate. This is also useful when you need to remove test versions or outdated plans.
Rename plans and versions
After you create a plan or version, you can rename it any time.
Start

Open a plan or version.

From Actions, select Manage versions.

Navigate to the version you want to rename.

Select
and then Rename plan.

Enter a new unique Plan name.

(Optional) Add or edit the Plan description.

Select Rename.
Delete plans and versions
If you no longer need a plan or a version for whatever reason, simply delete it.
Start

Open a plan or version.

From Actions, select Manage versions.

Navigate to the version you want to delete.
You can delete any version of the plan, including the plan that you have open.

Select
, and then Delete plan.

Select Yes.
The plan and all its data is no longer available for all users.
