Deleting actuals from Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning can be done in two ways.

From the Transactions view in the Actuals tab, delete a single transaction or multiple transactions using the Delete icon:

Tip: you can select all the transactions from the check all button on the header row.

From the Summary view in the Actuals tab, use the Remove column option in any month (this will remove the actuals for the entire month):

Note that actuals need to be deleted separately for each report type (P&L, Cash, and Balance sheet).
