Create from plan

You can base your new plan off of an existing plan. The structure and plan lines remain the same, and you can edit all values such as actuals and formula-driven values.

Start

1. Open the plan you want to use as your template.

2. From Actions, select Create plan from current.

3. In the Create a plan window, do the following:

   • Enter a Name.

   • (Optional) Enter a Description.

   Plan template and Plan start are automatically selected.

   When does your new plan start?

   The start date is determined by the following:

   • Year: Upcoming year based on current date.

   • Month: Same start month as the Plan template

4. Select Create.
